Principle of operation:

The rotation operating is driven by motor. The eccentric sleeve takes motion through belt wheel and cone gear. The crush cone part takes rotary swing considering the crusher as center because of the moving of eccentric sleeve. The ore inner of cavity of crusher is knocked and extruded; finally the ore is crushed after continuous percussion between crush cone and fixed cone. The crushed materials flow out of bottom of crusher through their own weight.
