Operational Principle:

The crushing process is completed between the fixed cone liner and moving cone liner with eccentric motion. The motor drives the horizontal axis of crusher through the three-cornered strap and strap wheel. The horizontal axis drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through gear transmission. The eccentric sleeve drives the main axis to make the moving cone part move with whirl. So regular opposite motion generated between the moving cone liner with eccentric waving and fixed cone liner makes the materials being pushed and bended in the crushing cavity. The materials to be broken get into the crusher from the upper input. Finally the crushed materials are discharged from the lower output of the crusher.

Performance Characteristics:

1 The hydraulic adjustment and protection are safe and reliable. The hydraulic pressure combines with the lubrication. The compact structure occupies small space. The lubricating system can adopt two forms of water-cooling and air-cooling.

2 It is easy to operate and maintain the crusher. The liner does not need to be poured while replacing the damageable parts. The routine maintenance only needs priming the grease.

3 The theory of high-energy layer compression is adopted to avoid that the materials hit with high speed, conflict or wear to the quick-wear parts. The widely used and cheap high manganese steel castings are used as quick-wear parts for low abrasion charge.

4 The transmission type of spiral bevel gear is adopted because of high transmission efficiency and low noise.
